My career began in global executive search, where I worked closely with both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures. Along the way, I noticed a recurring challenge: companies struggled to find a recruiting partner who truly understood their business, moved at their pace, and could deliver top-tier talent without unnecessary red tape.

I’ve worked both in-house and within global search firms, and I’ve seen the tradeoffs of each. Traditional firms can be slow, rigid, and costly.
